We design high-quality, stylish, compact living solutions, through smart layouts and seamless indoor-outdoor integration—ideal for homeowners wanting to make the most of their block while enjoying the benefits of independent living.
Our homes are designed for single or multi-residential, small-lot developments, and can be attached to an existing house or stand alone and serve as a Granny pod, teenager's retreat, pool house, home office, creative space or even an income-generating unit.
Every home we create employs sustainable design principles like solar orientation, sun shading, cross-ventilation and insulation. Our wall and roof cavities are breathable for healthy environments.
Our homes are fabricated to minimise waste, and we use products made from recyclable and low-toxicity materials, without the need for concrete or toxic finishes.
